These terms govern your use of the Medvin Labs website and services. By booking a test or using our site you accept these terms.

1. Services offered

We facilitate home collection of blood samples within Bangalore, laboratory analysis at NABL-accredited partner labs, and secure digital delivery of reports. We are not a treating medical provider - reports are for use by your physician.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create a booking. Bookings for minors must be placed by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on the minor's behalf.

3. Booking and scheduling

  • Slots are subject to availability. A slot is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the collection window starts, via the bookings page.
  • Within the 2-hour window, please call our support line to request changes.
  • If our sample collector cannot reach you at the scheduled slot after two contact attempts, the visit may be marked as a no-show and a rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Home collection is free of charge within the serviced Bangalore area.
  • Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We never store your card details.
  • Promo codes have specific terms (min. order value, expiry, usage limits) and may be withdrawn without notice.

5. Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the collection slot receive a full refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a nominal fee to cover sample collector logistics.
  • If we cannot perform the collection (area unreachable, sample compromised, lab outage), we will either reschedule at no cost or issue a full refund.

6. Reports and medical advice

Reports are issued by NABL-accredited partner labs and are doctor-ready. Medvin Labs does not interpret results, diagnose conditions, or prescribe treatment. Please consult a licensed physician for medical advice.

7. Sample handling

Every sample is collected using a sealed, single-use kit and transported per ICMR cold-chain guidance. If a sample is deemed unfit for analysis, we will recollect free of charge.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact details and medical history where requested.
  • Be available at the scheduled slot or notify us early.
  • Follow prep instructions (e.g. fasting) shown on each test's page.
  • Use reports only for your own medical needs.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Medvin Labs site - text, branding, photos, UI - is owned by Medvin Labs and may not be reproduced without permission. Test and package names are used descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Liability

Medvin Labs' liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed appointments, treatment delays, or consequential damages.

11. Service area

Home collection is available within the Bengaluru Urban district. Specific pincode coverage is confirmed at checkout. Bookings made outside covered areas may be cancelled and refunded.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
