Only for specific tests like Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile, or HbA1c (sometimes). We show the fasting requirement on every test detail page and send a reminder the evening before your appointment.

Yes. During cart, you enter patient name, age, and gender for each test - these can be different from the account holder. You can book multiple tests for multiple family members in a single order.

Most common tests (CBC, Thyroid, Vitamin D, HbA1c) are delivered within 6 hours of sample collection. Specialized panels may take up to 24 hours. You'll see the exact turnaround on each test page.

Reports come to you two ways - an email with a secure download link, and a WhatsApp message with the same link. Links are valid for 7 days.

Yes. Every report is processed in a NABL-accredited laboratory and carries the accreditation mark. Reports are doctor-ready and accepted at any hospital or clinic in India.

Online through Razorpay - cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets. We don't accept cash on delivery to keep the process contactless.

No. The price on the website is the final price. Home collection is free. GST, if applicable, is included in the displayed amount.

We don't bill insurance directly, but we provide GST-compliant invoices that most insurers accept for reimbursement.

Yes. You can reschedule for free up to 2 hours before your slot. Cancellation within the cancellation window gets a full refund within 3-5 business days.

Always. Every sample collector carries sealed, single-use kits that are opened in front of you. Used kits are disposed of in biohazard containers and never reused.

Yes. Our sample collectors follow standard biohazard safety protocols - gloves, sanitiser, and optional masks. We can reschedule if you're unwell on the day.
